Bringing together students of all grades, freshman through senior, archery club meets every Monday from 5:30-8:30 to give students who share a common interest a chance to strengthen their skills or even find a new hobby. Archery club is sponsored by Mr. Polen has been at JHS for 3 years and has grown greatly since the club was created. Together, the club will now travel 
and compete with different schools in the area to strengthen their skills and expand archery outside of their practices. At the practices students discuss technique, practice shooting, play games, and exercise. With a wide range of students presented, Mr. Polen states, “I think they [the students] get a sense of self satisfaction and achievement and it is something everyone can do no matter how big or small.”
